This morning Sunny seemed to me to have trouble breathing due to swollen nostrils. She was choking on her bottle and it worried mommy, so she took her to the doctor to only hear the same phrase she's been hearing over and over, "This is normal newborn stuff." Ugh. Everyone can tell I'm a total "first time mom". Anyway, I used some nose drops in Sunny's little nose and they helped her a lot. Whew.
BOTTLE AGGRESSIVENESS
She also is starting to get pretty aggressive with the bottle when she's hungry! She will grab the hand that's holding her bottle and with all her might, pull it toward her mouth. Then she'll hold onto my thumb and squeeze and release and squeeze and release it. It's so cute and makes me melt every time! See the demonstration below of her "grab" for the bottle.
BOWLING
Wednesday night is bowling league night for Daddy, Grandpa Denny and Uncle Beia. So, Grandma Carol, Sunny and I surprised them by going to the bowling alley to cheer on their team! Sunny was occupied by the loudness and the fact that everyone was goo gooing over her.
