Sorry, Mommy has been lacking in keeping up with Sunny's blog. Oops.

FRIENDS VISIT

This past Wednesday we had our friends Melissa Herron and Julianna Alden come meet Sunny and play with her. It was a nice visit for Mommy to see her girlfriends and for Sunny to see some new faces! I was so distracted with being excited they were here, that I forgot to take pics! I know, I can't believe it either! Sunny was a little fussy while they were here, but it was right before a feeding and she always gets anxious for her meals! Thanks for visiting us Julies and Mel!!

NO POWER

On Wednesday night, we lost power for 2 hours. The lights went out right when I was reading Sunny her bedtime book! Luckily Sunny was already drowsy and it was a good transition into her crib. whew.

GRANDPARENTS

Grandma Carol and Grandpa Denny came over Thursday evening for a little visit with Sunny. Sunny was studying Grandpa's face.

CREATIVE TUMMY TIME

Lately I'm having to come up with creative ideas for Tummy Time for Sunny because she does NOT like it! Thanks Loran for suggestions on how to improve on quality Tummy Time. See in the pics below. I put a little pillow under her and she seems to like the help with lifting her head. Also, putting a mirror in front of her gets her more excited to lift her head and look at herself.

TOY TIME

Here Daddy is telling her a story with hand puppets! She looks scared, but was really interested in the new shapes.

Daddy asked Mommy for some toys to show Sunny, so Mommy went and got her toy basket and brought to Daddy. He couldn't decide on which one to play with, so he piled them all on Sunny and she loved it! Talk about over stimulation! Yikes! Luckily it was his turn to put her to bed and he got her calmed down. whew.
